If you enjoy open-ended exploration, survival crafting, and losing hours to a vast, ever-expanding universe, No Man's Sky is absolutely worth buying — especially on sale (around £25 or less), where its years of free updates make it exceptional value. Just be aware that repetition sets in after the early wonder fades, bugs can occasionally derail saves, and if you need tight, focused gameplay rather than a 'go anywhere, do anything' sandbox, it may not hold your attention long-term.
