If you're a dedicated Bleach fan, you may find enjoyment in the flashy combat and massive roster, but be warned that poor gacha rates, repetitive gameplay, and serious account security issues (including reports of accounts being lost after updates with little support) make this a hard sell for anyone else. Approach with caution, keep your expectations low on the gacha front, and consider whether you're willing to risk your progress given the developer's track record.
